How Has Mark Yarnell Made It In MLM 20 plus years?
He started his career in this MLM industry in a company known as NuSkin International. More recently he has gone to be involved with a company called OxyFresh.
Mark takes everything as a person with that No BS demeanor. Him speaking will bring a refreshing feeling to most. His 'Old School' aspect is hard for some to take a hold of. Building his empire is done in his own way. It's His. You have to love a guy for knowing so much about this industry and laughing at the ways people come out with such unprofessional things over the years. One of the things i love about this guy is his perception of the idea behind "duplication".This is straight forward like i said No Sugar Coating it. "He simply says that duplication is crap". Making them change or tweeking them to be workable for them. Exact Duplication is a joke. Another Interview i watched of Mark which was another eye opener with respect.In this interview he was asked for a new person or new distributor what would he recommend ? On spot direct answer as you would expect and nothing less. "This is the hardest work i have ever been involved in. This reason is exactly why the top producers in the network marketing industry make such extreme amounts of money and so much more than traditional jobs. If you want to succeed in this industry , you need to talk to minimum 30 people a day. Either by trying to sell them something or recruit them into your opportunity.You can leave a message or actually talk to someone . Minimum 30 people a day."
This can be a very hard day for many people, If you have ever tryed it could be a your worst day. Especially if you are the type of person that doesn't like to talk on the phone or doesn't have very good people skills. Some hate it and some love it .This can also be a very difficult task if you are working a full time job. That being said Mark has a passion for this part of it.He has many years experience and has fine tuned his skills and began loving it.Mark is the country type, no beat around the bush just here have it. I enjoy this part about a person if they are like that.
Also, Mark being "Old School" as i said before. He does use older techniques and strategies to build his business which have worked very well for him. Especially for someone just beginning He also in many interviews explains how someone needs to stick with their core values. What he means by this and is very much worth mentioning is.He says," Would you recruit your mother into your MLM business." This is finding true value in a MLM or any company for that matter. It needs to meet core values as in it needs to be something you can truly say you believe in it. If it is not something you truly believe in then in some way down the line this will sabotage your success in one way or another.
